“ An excellent quality Indian meal, a varied menu, served by very friendly staff in a very clean and pleasant environment. ”
“ We visited here with a work colleague from Pakistan. The meal was wonderful, tasty and well priced. The drinks were cheaper than most places we have visited. We will be back soon to try some of the other dishes. ”
“ I have patronized this establishment about 7 times. They have always been consistent with the service and food. You can even request for items that are not even in the menu. They have great service and affordable food compared to other restaurants in Lagos.
Things to order; Prawn biryani (ask for large prawns) the chicken and mutton biryani is also good. Tandoori Chicken, cheese naan, garlic naan, mutton curry. If you like it a little spicier like I do. Let the staff know. Or even if you like it less salty. My place to go in Lagos for Indian food! ”
“ An Indian cozy restaurant serving food with real Indian taste. Their prices are so descent. We were 4 people and we barely paid 100 dollars (35,000 Naira). For now the best Indian food in lagos. ”
“ Nice place, excellent choices, lots of very well made food, especially enjoyed the tandoor varieties. ”
“ Robert G (Excellent value Indian dining) Lagos hides several excellent restaurants, many of which are hidden behind high walls with little indication that they are even there. Indigo is one such place. Refurbished a few years ago and opened up to give the restaurant a more open appeal it provides a modern, yet subtle environment in which to have an intimate or business like dining experience. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu and can make worthy recommendations. The food is superb; not swirling rivers or pools of oil here, just rich tasting sauces and succulent meats. The vegetable samosas are the best I have tasted anywhere. As for value, well we had 4 vegetable samosas, Jeera rice, butter chicken, garlic naan and shared large bottle of Heineken. Lagos consumption tax included, the bill came to slightly less than Naira 7,000 (about USD20:00). Outstanding!Indigo has been our favourite and we even used them for our leaving party, feeding some 40 people plus serving staff for the equivalent of about $12 per head. ”
